Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate - Maria Zuniga

Maria Zuniga came to her career after working judicial foreclosures, bankruptcies, and unlawful detainers in the early 1990s as a real estate paralegal. This has given her unique insights into the process of handling a high volume of REOs in her region, particularly tenant occupied properties in challenging areas. Her efforts have earned her the Leader Award for Total Revenue 2010, as well as recognition as the National Broker of the Year for 2010 by Atlantic & Pacific Real Estate.
