Bill Brice, founding partner at Brice, Vander Linden & Wernick, was a lifelong Texas-based litigator and represented numerous mortgage servicers and banks during his career. Decades ago, he was asked by a client, Lomas Mortgage, to find a solution to the management and administration of bankruptcy cases and related litigation—and so began the firm’s expansion into broader default services.
