Century 21 Realty Specialist - Shanda Williams

Seeing herself as a "puzzle solver," Shanda Williams understands that her goal is to listen to the needs of her clients and then provide them with the best possible solutions. Having proved this formula works, she is a mutli-million dollar producer in a very rural area. A big part of this is taking the stress out of the home buying and selling process by offering fast, friendly, and effective service to both buyers and asset managers. Shanda has continued the family business in home sales and is the third generation to do so. With six years experience selling REO properties, Shanda is a full service Realtor, complete with direct, full-time access to a contractor performing property preservation services. She has a passion for taking care of her clients and feels that her job in life is to bring as much happiness to people as pos- sible, whether that means providing a kind smile, a warm hug, or dependable and reliable REO services.
