Starting a local real estate practice in 1977 and expanding into default work in 1980, the Law Firm of Dunakey & Klatt has been an Iowa fixture for decades. The firm’s attorneys began a statewide title and REO company in 2000—expanding into full default services at that time—and growth has been rapid ever since. Today, the firm provides default services in Iowa, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Oklahoma, Texas, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Arkansas, Idaho, North Dakota and South Dakota.

Dunakey & Klatt uses a team approach to problem solving, applying an unrelenting can-do attitude to the firm’s work.
