In hIs 15 years of REO/real estate experience, Rafael Dagnesses, broker and REO Director of Quantum Realtors, has sold over $700 million in residential real estate. Rafael is responsible for the management and oversight of REO sales within the California regional network, with offices in Orange, Ventura, and Riverside counties. Nationally, he has offices in Phoenix and coming soon to Miami. Rafael recently was awarded the “Leading the Way” 2010 Broker Award by HSBC for the Southwestern Region and currently sits on the broker advisory board of a major U.S. bank. Quantum Realtors provides a scalable solution for all of its clients. The team adjusts and coordinates to provide a level of service that exceeds its client’s expectations. The former U.S. Marine Gunnery Sergeant and 13 year law enforcement veteran (eight with the L. A. Police Department) is actively involved in philanthropy with organizations like Wounded Warrior, Make a Wish, American Cancer Society and others.
