Some realtors focus exclusively on high-end properties or expensive commercial developments, but Ruben M. Peña takes a broader view. Although he happily handles properties in all value ranges, he takes great pride in selling homes in areas other agents won’t, or for prices too low for other agents to bother with, due to the small amount of commission. In short, Ruben pays special attention to servicing clients that no one else will help. A Realtor since 1978, Ruben has been selling REOs and foreclosures since 1980, with a special emphasis on government-owned properties. He loves his business, and truly cares about both the buyer and the seller in each transaction. He personally visits each property he handles – he refuses to send an agent or hire a photographer to go in his stead – and will go the distance and beyond in the interest of his client.
