When hired to sell an REO property, Dane personally previews and works each and every listing. He personally handles the BPO, sets the price, and handles all negotiations. Although he works with a highly trained team to handle his assets, Dane is very hands-on with his listings, and lives by the motto, “When you hire me, you deal with me.”
