Rogers Townsend has always performed routine internal audits on each foreclosure file at two intervals: pre-hearing and pre-sale. The audits are designed to ensure the completeness of the legal process and the accuracy of mortgage debt figures. 

The firm has formal, documented security policies, standards, plans, and procedures in place to protect their clients’ data and the privacy of non-public information. Rogers Townsend engages third party security service company professionals to conduct annual tests of its security, business continuity and disaster recovery procedures.
